Lutein For Eyes



Lutein is considered as being favourable to eye health. It is one of 600 carotenoids that occur naturally, and are the yellow and orange pigments essential for healthy eyes. Lutein is adjudged to be particularly useful in protecting against the two common age related eye conditions of macular degeneration and cataracts, due to its anti-oxidant properties. In fact, lutein supplements are frequently advocated for various eye problems.

Eye floaters can be prevented by simply limiting physical damage to the eyes, which can not only cause eye floaters but can also worsen the condition.
